The
National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the commencement of
online registration for 201 batch “B” prospective corps members (PCMs)
nationwide.
This is contained in a bulletin issued on its official website.
It reads:
Last Thursday, the DG had told NAN that proactive efforts were being made to ensure that all prospective Corps members, eligible for the 2016 Batch ‘B’ service year, are mobilised.
The NYSC 2016 Batch B Orientation Course commences on 24th November, 2016.
The NYSC portal will remain open as from today, October 17, 2016 and will close on November 12, 2016.

Attention 2016 Batch B Prospective Corps MembersThis announcement is coming barely days after the Director-General of the NYSC, Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure, assured that all eligible prospective corps members (PCMs) for the 2016 Batch ‘B’ service year will be mobilised.
“This is to inform all part-time graduates from nigeria Corps Producing Institutions that their Institutions have uploaded their names on the NYSC Portal. They are to visit www.nysc.org.ng effectivee from Monday 17th October, 2016 to register and print their Exclusion Letters”.
“All 2016 Batch B Prospective Corps Members who had earlier seen their names on the NYSC Portal, but can no longer see it, should not panic, it means their schools are still uploading because of approval given to them to upload additional records. Once the upload is completed, you will be able to check your names on the NYSC portal”.
“In addition, Prospective corps Members are to note that passport photograph size requirement to be uploaded during the on-line registration must be 2×2 with off-white background colour. Note that if the background does not conform to the standard, you will not be able to complete your on-line registration”.
